It happens to every black cloth in Ghana

Sun, washing, ironing, washing again. Ten, twenty cycles and the black goes soft and grey — usually on the one outfit you need for church, for a funeral, for work.

•Best on faded black cotton. On blends and synthetics the result is lighter — the fibre takes colour differently.
•Wash with black laundry only. One white sock in the drum is one grey sock out of it.
•This is not a stain remover and it is not a dye for other colours. It puts depth back into black, nothing else.
•How much comes back depends on the fabric and on how faded the item is. Very worn cloth stays worn — it just reads blacker.

Will it turn my blue shirt black?
No. It restores depth to black fabric. Coloured items should stay out of the load entirely — wash blacks with blacks only.
Does it remove stains or holes?
No. It is not a stain remover and it does not repair cloth. It puts black depth back into faded black cotton.
How many washes does one box give me?

Will it work on polyester or a cotton blend?
Best on cotton. Blends and synthetics take less colour, so expect a softer result.
